SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

All lithium batteries are Class 9 Dangerous Goods and MUST be shipped accordingly within Australia.

We only use carriers registered for the shipment of Dangerous Goods which incur extra costs, such as TNT and FedEx.

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct at checkout. DINGOBOX is not liable for any delays or losses if the delivery address is incorrect.

  • We offer free shipping within Australia unless stated otherwise

  • We only use carriers registered for Dangerous Goods handling for lithium batteries such as FedEx & TNT 

  • All postage is secured and a signature may be required upon delivery

  • We recommend paying optional insurance, please advise before payment

  • Orders may be sent from multiple warehouse locations 

  • Special or Out of Stock orders may be shipped using different methods such as couriers or private enterprise

  • Orders are typically packed and sent within 48 hours 

  • Orders are delivered Monday to Friday and not delivered on weekends, public holidays, or after hours

  • We do not ship internationally unless pre-arranged, please contact sales@dingobox.com.au

Pickup

You can pick up your order from us, we are located on the Fraser Coast in QLD. Please Email us to confirm a day and time of pickup, as well as the pickup address.  Contact us via Email for product discounts using the Pickup method.

Pickup is available Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

Returns

We stand by the products we carry at DINGOBOX and we are confident you will love your purchase too. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can simply return it to us and we will provide you with an exchange, refund, or repair subject to the guidelines outlined below.

 

If you change your mind on the purchase or the application of the product, DINGOBOX reserves the right to not refund at our discretion. Our aim is to be fair to all parties involved.

If the product requested for return has been installed, mounted, or used in any manner we reserve the right to not accept the return of the product. If the item has been installed, mounted, or used in any manner and a failure has occurred, the product may be eligible for a warranty. See here for warranty details and claims

Please note: the eligibility of a return, only applies to the item(s) you lodge for return. Returning items without notifying us or returning additional items to what was lodged does not automatically qualify those additional items for return and DINGOBOX reserves the right to reject the return entirely or charge a processing fee.

The purchaser must contact DINGOBOX prior to the return of any goods. 

Return address and shipping details will be provided after the application of a return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Where items have been shipped to you under our Free Shipping Offer, our actual incurred shipping charge (or part thereof if part of the original order is being returned) will be deducted from your refund total. This amount will be advised when you lodge your intention to return an order.

 

Restocking Fee

If your item is eligible for return and you would like to return any of your goods. DINGOBOX reserves the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee to cover admin costs and other processing fees that we have incurred in processing your original order and your return.

Handmade Items

Some of the items we stock are handmade and will have handmade characteristics. These are not defects or faults and their uniqueness is to be embraced. These characteristics cannot be used as the basis for a refund.

Return in saleable condition

All items must be returned in all original re-sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unopened, unused, unassembled, undamaged, and unmarked packaging & tags) for a refund.

Missing and damaged boxes, missing accessories, etc. will not be accepted as a complete return.

Please DO NOT attach postage labels and stamps onto a product's original packaging box. We must ensure we can resell your item as brand new. It is a fair policy.

Where a returned item has damaged, missing, or no original packaging, a restocking fee may apply. 

Any item deemed installed will not be accepted for return or refund, regardless of whether the item was installed by a 'professional' or not. If you are requesting a return due to a failure of the product, please see our warranty page.

Incorrect items sent

If you lodge a return for an item you claim has been sent incorrectly or the wrong product has arrived, DINGOBOX reserves the right to agree or disagree based on website content and/or previous communication with the customer.

If DINGOBOX agrees it has been sent incorrectly we will cover the cost of postage returns. If DINGOBOX disagrees that it has been sent incorrectly the Customer will be liable for all postage costs, including postage costs of the new item requested.

Preparing your item for return

When returning an item we ask you to enclose a copy of the invoice you would have received with the order (or order confirmation email). We ask that you email and send the items back within the time frame stated in this return policy.

The item will remain your responsibility until it reaches us. DINGOBOX will not be liable for any lost or damaged items being returned to us by you. For your own peace of mind, we recommend you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during transportation and consider using tracking or insurance of your item. Please retain the proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processed.

Processing of a return

Once your returned purchase has undergone a quality control check, we will determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please allow a minimum of 7-14 business days from the time we receive your order for your return to be processed.

 

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and we will then refund your item at the purchase price, minus any incurred shipping costs, restocking fees, and any processing fees, to the original method of payment.

 

DINGOBOX has the right to refuse returned goods if they do not meet our terms (see terms above). If the item is deemed unfit for return, DINGOBOX will notify you the return has been rejected and this decision is final. 

 

You will have 14 days to advise what course of action you would like us to take with your item. After that, we will recycle your item.
